Here’s how to get there from Florida highway 429.

• From Highway FL-429, take exit 34, and head towards US-441;
• Continue onto Old Highway 441 S
• From Old Highway 441 S, turn into plaza called “Mt Dora Professional Center”
• From the parking lot, walk towards plaza underpass, where you’ll see an elevator and a staircase
• Take elevator or staircase to second floor
• If you’re coming outside of the elevator, the clinic is the first door on the RIGHT
• If you took the stairs, the clinic is the first door on your LEFT
• In short, the clinic is the door exactly between the elevator and the top of the staircase, on the 2nd floor
